Induction Cap Sealing Machine

Induction cap sealing machines are used for effective sealing of cosmetics, medicines, pesticides and lubricants. The technology of induction sealing aims to prevent entrance of pollutants inside packed bottles. Based on machine model, this range of induction cap sealing machines can seal maximum 240 bottles (having maximum 300 mm height and up to 130 mm diameter) per minute. This range of high performance systems is equipped with variable speed conveyor with up to 12 mts/min operating speed.  Electromagnetic induction based airtight sealing technique of these machines ensures tamper proof quality of packed bottles which in turn denotes authenticity of their content.
