Semi Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is used to sealing bottle in pharmaceuticals, food, dairy, agro chemicals, Beverages industries.

The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of, drive unit with Single head with cam and gear motor. Head is moves up & down with rotation to thread on cap to sealing of bottle. Bottle is manually loaded in position for sealing and unloaded after capping.

The semi automatic capping machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine is having motorized rotating head mechanism, which ensures proper cap sealing with uniform torque.

Require manually feeding & unloading container, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head and sealing head is performing perfect operation of capping with uniform torque.
